Shipping
Shipping is available Australia wide for all artworks at a negotiated rate which will be confirmed upon purchase.
Publications incur a flat rate shipping fee of $12 per order in Australia, regardless of quantity.
Jane will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-8 business days however if there are extenuating circumstances, Jane will contact you directly.
For international orders, please contact Jane directly and she will provide freight and costing quotes on an individual basis prior to purchase of the artwork.
Refunds
Please choose your artwork carefully as Jane does not accept returns. High quality images of all artwork are visible at the time of purchase and Jane is happy to answer any queries you may have prior to purchase. Even the best photography will sometimes present slight variations in colour, so again, please contact Jane if you have any specific questions.
In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged or not as described, please contact Jane within 3 days of delivery and provide an image of the damaged item and Jane will refund directly. The damaged goods will need to be returned with all shipping costs covered by the collector.
